Helium recondensers (HeRL) offer the possibility of transforming your open-cycle system into a closed-cycle, zero-loss (zero boil-off) system. HeRLs recondense helium vapors from the evaporation of liquid helium from cryostats.

Unlike liquid nitrogen-cooled scrubbers, which require weekly refilling and monthly regeneration of the trap, the automatic scrubber operates and regenerates automatically without any user intervention.
The system includes a gas analyzer that measures the purity of the helium leaving the scrubber and triggers a regeneration cycle before contaminants can leave.
Absolut System offers systems based on robust, reliable two-stage scroll (or spiro-orbital) compression technology. They offer compression up to 27 bar for a flow rate of 212 SLPM (12.7 m3/h).
