Absolut System’s thermal links on their way to the stars with the launch of the EUCLID satellite.
Broadcast live from Cape Canaveral on Saturday July 1 at 5pm, we were able to watch the launch of the EUCLID satellite powered by the SpaceX Falcon 9 space launcher.
Absolut System supplied 5 thermal links for the NISP (Near-Infrared Spectrometer and Photometer) instrument, which measures the brightness and intensity of light as a function of galaxy wavelength.
The EUCLID mission of the European Space Agency – ESA aims to map the structure of the Universe on a large scale and help us understand two of its mysterious components: dark matter and dark energy.
Another fine project for Absolut System, thanks to its cryogenic expertise.
